TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:

The quality, picking and packaging of each of the products we sell are monitored to extremely high standards and meet the necessary requirements for the purpose as advertised.  Wellnessdelight cannot be held responsible for any inappropriate use or misuse of any product by any individual.  All products to be used only as specified.   Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to the following:  

1) NO returns will be accepted without the prior issue of an authorization number from Wellnessdelight.

2) No returns may be made after 30 days. 

3) ANY return due to defect must be notified to Wellnessdelight prior to returning any goods.

3) All queries regarding returns should be made to Wellness Delight in writing by email or post and will be assessed by WellnessDelight prior to issuing authorization number.

4) Returns or exchanges must be shipped prepaid, clearly marked with Wellnessdelight's authorization number and address as advised on receipt of the Wellnessdelight authorization number.

5) No returns will be made for goods opened or used.  Any goods damaged during shipping will be the responsibility of the carrier.

6) Returns or exchanges to Wellnessdelight must be free of all or any type of physical damage.

7) Damage or defects to items incurred during shipping will be addressed to the shippers.

8) If you have ordered a product incorrectly Wellnessdelight will supply the correct product in exchange once the incorrect product has been returned by the customer. 

9) In the event of a product being supplied incorrectly by Wellnessdelight, we will exchange the product at no extra cost to the customer.

10) Any refund of money agreed will be made to the persons making the purchase to either the credit, debit or other account that the purchase was made from by the purchaser.
